Are you wondering why 33 is my new favorite number? It's because that is how much Luke weighed at his Pulmonologist appointment this week. That is one pound more than he has ever weighed in his life. Hearing he weighed in at 33 pounds was one of the sweetest moments of my week.
We had planned to go to a camp up in the Mountains this weekend called Camp Prime Time a camp for special needs children and their families, but wouldn't you know it Gordy came down with the crud last night that Natalie had all last week. I'm praying that his flu won't last as long as Natalie's did. I'm waiting to see what Luke is like in the morning before I make a final decision on what to do. I dreaded telling the boys that we were probably not going to make it because I knew that they would be heart broken as we have been talking about going for weeks. Please pray that somehow we will still be able to go.

all other ground is sinking sand!
all other ground is sinking sand!

Yay for 33!
I pray you get to go to the camp!
33 is now my favorite number!
Cindy.
Way to go Luke! I'm so happy to hear he is doing well!
I remember how long it took justine to get from 30 to 40 lbs. literally about 8 years. Very frustrating. I got my pulmonologist to get Justine a respiratory vest called "The Vest" it is an airway clearance vest. She has not had a pneumonia in the last three years since I got the vest. You might look into to it. Justine uses every day twice a day and if she has a cold we use it more often to keep things moving in there. It has worked wonderful. Hope everyone feels better soon. Jodi
PTL for 33!! Sue, I am so sorry I haven't been here like I normally am. Just so sorry. I didn't know Luke was sick.... I am lifting all of you up to the Lord... also that God worked a miracle and you were able to go on the camp trip!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the little video Amy put up of Luke. HOW VERY PRECIOUS. For years some of us have been following, praying and crying out to the Lord for Luke... to watch that video helps me feel closer to Luke and all of you.... to see *alittle* through your eyes. You see I have only known Luke since the accident... but YOU allowed me to see Luke before. I thank you.
I love you, LUKE! YOU are so very special to me.... I am praying for you.... HUGS...
your GA friends,
