This Blog is for the purpose of keeping family, friends and prayer warriors informed on the status of our son Luke. It is a journal of the Searles family journey after the drowning accident of their 17 month old son Luke, who drowned in their back yard pool on August 30, 2004. He was dead for at least 40 minutes before God brought him back to life. Please continue to join with us in prayer for the complete restoration of his brain and body.

Update on Luke
Luke has had a fever all afternoon. The doctor said that this was possible due to the procedure. Luke has been able to maintain his oxygen saturation at a level that is acceptable. His doctor just stopped by and said it looks good and Luke should be able to go home tomorrow. Please continue to pray for Luke to cough and swallow the secretions allowing him to clear the secretions. I will blog some pictures this evening when I get home.

We will be saying a prayer that the fever will go down and that all continues to go well. Also, prayer for the family to have the strength that they will need through this new journey.
Love you all and give Luke a kiss for us.

Praise God! I am biting my nails to keep from calling and celebrating with you because I know you need rest. Praying that the Lord will keep Luke so close through the night and that the fever will be gone. This is a HUGE victory!!!
Blessings and much aloha,
Tiffany
Wow! God is so good! One more amazing miracle to hold up and for all to see that God is still alive and well and working in your little boy!
Blessings to all of you!
My thoughts and prayers are with Luke and all of you. I hope he comes home soon.
