Keep praying

Well, it has been another long day at the hospital. Luke seems to be taking the food fine, pray that he will continue to take it. His breathing has not improved significantly, they still have him on 1.5 litres of oxygen, he needs to get stronger and he needs to regain his strong cough. The doctors are concerned about the ongoing fight he has had with the respiratory infections. Please pray that this will be the absolutely last one and that the antibotics will do the trick. Also pray that his breathing will get stronger day by day, moment by moment. With God's grace, Luke may go home tomorrow.

God's blessing on you.

Dear Sue, I have been praying for Luke and your family since my sister Mary Hurtado told me about the accident. I have never been touched more than by your admission to disobedience of not submitting to Gordy's authority. Your words will always be with me of how important it is for us women to submit to our own husbands. God will bless many women because of your testimony. Thank you for allowing God to use you in a mighty way. Love in Christ, Karen in Texas

Wow, I was gone last weekend and finally catching up with all that has been going on with Luke. Sue and Gordy, I just pray that God gives you and your family the strength to endure another hospitalization with Luke. We will keep praying for all your prayer request.

Sue, I am so glad to hear how God touched your life at the conference you attended last week. I can say from my own experiences with my children that it is important for our own health to not live with pain of things that are out of our control. I have had some health issues that probable could have been avoided if I had let go and let God heal them. It is great that you are seeking Gods will in such a difficult time in your life.

We continue to pray for all your needs....

Love,
Colleen and family
