This Blog is for the purpose of keeping family, friends and prayer warriors informed on the status of our son Luke. It is a journal of the Searles family journey after the drowning accident of their 17 month old son Luke, who drowned in their back yard pool on August 30, 2004. He was dead for at least 40 minutes before God brought him back to life. Please continue to join with us in prayer for the complete restoration of his brain and body.
Hi there! It has been a few days since I posted. I was so happy to see the pictures of you! I cried when I saw your mama pushing you in your stroller. Your mom & dad's faithfulness to the Lord touches us all. I called to my children "LUKE, went to church, LUKE went to church".... they came running! I love the picture of Daniel napping with Luke. We do that with our boys around here... we love to hold them. It is great to have the older children to hold and love the little ones! God is so wonderful. I thank you so much for sharing with all of us. We are praying for all of you as you make the adjustments. We haven't forgotten. We are praying extra as you return to work and everyone gets into a routine. We are praying for Sue. May God give you HIS strength daily. your friends from GA Billy, Teena, Michael 19, Mandi 15, Dakota 11, Alyssa 7, Wyatt 2 1/2, Wesley almost 15 months!
