Oh, what a blessing!! Congratulations!! That picture is amazing!!

It is so awesome to see pictures Luke. Your children are beautiful!! Luke looks like a tiny angel! My boys, Cade & Keaton would love to play with him someday! Cade (4)prays for him every night, he has even had some dreams of "Little Luke." Luke has touched so many hearts and just seeing pictures of him brings him closer to our heart. Thank you for sharing your life with all of us. Continued prayers for you your family. You have a beautiful family.

What fabulous news! We are so excited for you. I'll bet Amy & Natalie are thrilled to finally have another sweet girl joining the ranks of the Searles clan (can't be too many of those, can there, Girls?). We are praying for a safe and full term pregnancy & delivery. That is such a clear sonogram image. So have you discussed any names yet?

Still praying for complete healing for Luke, and strength for all the family for the journey. We lift you up and pray for God's abundant blessings in the days ahead. The Lord is so good!
Love & Hugs,
Joe & Rena

Yea a girl! I'll bet Amy and Natalie are really excited. :-)
Yea I wanna know what Julie asked, since you are done with "Daniel" now what? Going to start on Daniel's Middle Name? ;-)

P.S. For those of you who don't know what Julie and I are talking about...if you spell out Daniel the first letter is each of the kids name
D Daniel
A Amy
N Natalie
I Isaiah
E Ezekial
L Luke
From what I've heard...the first three kids it was a conicidence and after that they just kept with it.

So everyone is wondering whose name they will spell now! :-)

thank you for the explanation!! It is the only way I know how to keep Amy and Natalie straight!!!! Sue very patiently explained it all to me a few years ago!! think Daniel , A before N lol I never hesitated again on their names! ;-)
but I still think Julie is a lovely girl name!! LOL smiling Gordy & Sue???
Meghanne is here going MOTHER!! God Bless!! I'll quit

Dear Gordy, Sue & Family,

Martha and I have enjoyed seeing the most recent pictures of the family. We are so happy that Luke is making steady progress and believe more miracles are on the horizon. We will continue to pray for the Searles family. How exciting to see the next Baby Searles! Sue, I wish we could see you all once again and have a big chocolate cake at your house - remember that? Our family always felt so comfortable being in your home and will never forget your genuine friendship and the memories we shared while we were stationed at Fort Lewis. Brad

Dear Searles Family,

It was SO good to see the pictures!!! Amy and Natalie, how beautiful you both are. Daniel, as always, you're such a handsome young man. We miss you guys. We've prayed for you continually and are so thankful to hear good reports. We'll continue to pray as you prepare to take Luke home.

Sue, CONGRATULATIONS on this baby girl! I am just so happy for you. Maybe you've already said and I missed it, but when is the baby due? We're having a ball with Baby Jack, the little foster newborn we brought home from the hospital yesterday. How we would love to adopt him...pray with us.

I am just so blessed by the steady comments of this blog family, many of whom have never even met you. Once again, God's family pulls together. It's so heart-warming and faith-building. We love you guys!

Congrats, buddy (and mom!). I hope the lack of a post on Wednesday is not due to anything bad happening. I'm anxious and a die-hard "How is Luke Doing?" blog addict. You've created a monster, and now have to feed me with a constant, regular flow of information....or I will become...more anxious...

Hope everything is going well and you still have our sincere positive thoughts for you, Luke and your entire family. It looks like there's some family connecting going on. Isn't this medium marvelous? It's like a communications renaissance, 'cause folks are discovering new ways to express via letters and pictures again. What's next...voice? MOVING PICTURES??? Gee, I hope they won't be in black and white and silent...

Take care....Bob
