This Blog is for the purpose of keeping family, friends and prayer warriors informed on the status of our son Luke. It is a journal of the Searles family journey after the drowning accident of their 17 month old son Luke, who drowned in their back yard pool on August 30, 2004. He was dead for at least 40 minutes before God brought him back to life. Please continue to join with us in prayer for the complete restoration of his brain and body.

My prayers will be with the four of you . The man above will carry you through. God Bless Shirl
You are an amazing mother, I think I will be forever in awe of how you are holding up. I pray for your rest and the child you hold inside as well. My Aunt has talked about you often since they saw you this summer and I feel like I know you now. Be well...Luke be well also. I will not stop praying, I promise. Love, Melanee Hart - Rogers, AR
We were so excited to see new pictures.Luke's hair looks great. We continue to stand with you in faith knowing that God is working miracles. Love,Sue in CO.
So glad you are able to hold your little one finally! Just want you to know we are still praying and believing for the fulfillment of the miracle that is Luke! Each time we pray as a family our 4 year old Max says "And God, Heal Luke" and we say AMEN! Thank you for your courage and faith, your family is an inspiriation. We are blessed by your witness in this trying time. Love to you all, the Turner Family
