This Blog is for the purpose of keeping family, friends and prayer warriors informed on the status of our son Luke. It is a journal of the Searles family journey after the drowning accident of their 17 month old son Luke, who drowned in their back yard pool on August 30, 2004. He was dead for at least 40 minutes before God brought him back to life. Please continue to join with us in prayer for the complete restoration of his brain and body.

These sandwiches with scripture on each one were brought to us by a teen in our church. They are just a part of what she brought. Lunch is served, what a big blessing. Thank You Jasmyne!!

Thank you for bringing gifts of food to the hospital. The first few days it was the only thing we ate. Thank you to all who are serving the family in many ways. We love you all. (-: Cindy
I want to thank all of you for bringing food to the hospital and taking care of our loved ones! I am too far away to help, so I really appreciate those of you who are close by that are watching out for their well being. It is very hard to find time to go and get something to eat, when all you want to do it stay by Luke and wait for a sign that he is getting better. Thank you very much! Kim Lundquist - Schaumburg, IL
